The publishing ministry upa7.org continues to expand as God has established it to uphold and maintain the Shepherd’s Rod message in its originality as authored by the last prophet, porter Brother V. T. Houteff. Through God’s providences this ministry has expanded to the African continent where this sister website upa7.co.za has been developed to spread the message in Southern Africa and beyond.

“Because the work is so broad, its expansion so vast, and its importance so great, God has inspired modern science to invent, and build speedy equipment to quickly finish His work. “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried, but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.” (Dan. 12:4, 10.) {Shepherd’s Rod, Vol. 2 page 229 par.2}

As the Seventh-day Adventists Church continues to grow worldwide, it necessitates the utilisation of every possible opportunity to spread the message of the hour, “the present sealing Truth”, “meat in due season” like never before. It is in this regard that upa7 ministry continues to spread out, obeying the call to establish multiple publishing houses the world over (7T 140.3).

The ministry of upa7 fully believes that Brother V. T. Houteff was the last messenger of God to the S.D.A. Church as promised in Malachi 4:5 and Isaiah 7:21. For this reason God is calling His people in the last church:

“The LORD’S voice crieth unto the city, and [the man of] wisdom shall see thy name: hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it.” And “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and His glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising. Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.” Micah 6:9; Isaiah 60:1-4.
